Aha !!!! Adipoli….My friends always say this when they taste my mom’s usual dishes. Yeah, she is an angel with magic hands to make all dishes so special with a pinch of love. My favorite is my mom’s Avial. its aroma even wakes me up from a good sleep.
The idea of creating a website for sharing all these recipes to the world sprouted in my mind quite a while ago. The initial plan was to share only traditional recipes. But then I had to have a space to share the delicacies which were results of my own kitchen experiments too. So here are about 100 recipes of good old homely food and more on the way.
And then, why does it have to stop with me? So I have included some recipes from my friends as well, as they are experts in discovering new flavors. You too are welcome to share yours as well! We will update the same with your name and photograph.
