In a dosa pan( non stick pan) add some ghee, spread it all over the pan.

Once get hot, pour 1 ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in round shape. Cook both sides well.

Boil the chicken with 1/2 tbs of salt , 1/2 tbs of pepper powder and cook well. Remove the bones and take the flush. In a mixer crush the chicken and keep aside. Or you can use beef instead of chicken.

Heat oil  in a pan. Saute chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Then add chopped onion. Saute the onions till it become translucent. Add crushed chicken/beef and stir it well. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder,  garam masala and 1/2 to 3/4 tbs salt. Saute it well until all ingredients mix well. Then off the flame.

Preparing Egg mixture:

In a bowl break and pour 5 eggs,  add 1/2 tbs salt, and 1/2 tbs of pepper powder . Whisk well.

Layering:

In a heavy bottom pan add 2 tbs of ghee. Place one prepared dosa on it and spread 3 tbs of filling on it. Then place another dosa on it and spread some filling on it. Like this make 5 layer with dosas.

On the top place last dosa and press with hand. On the top pour the prepared egg mixture. Spread on the sides of layer also. So all side looks covered with egg mixture.

Close the pan with lid and cook in low flame for 10 minutes. Then flip the “pathiri” slowly and cook the other side for another 10 minutes.  Once it is cooked well , then off the flame and place into a serving plate.

Cut the pathiris like cake and serve it.
