Beef Roast
- Beef: 500 gm
- Red chili powder : 2 tbs
- Pepper powder : 1 tbs
- Turmeric powder :2 tbs
- Coriander powder: 1 tbs
- Salt: as required
- Garam masala powder: 1 tbs
- Onion : 4 big size ( chop into small size pieces)
- Tomato : 3 nos ( chop into small pieces)
- Green chilis: 5 nos ( make a paste of it)
- Ginger : 50 gm ( make into paste)
- Garlic: 2 nos ( make into paste)
- Mint leaves : 3 or 4 stems
- Coriander leaves : 3 or 4 stems
- Salt: as required
- Pepper :as required
Clean the beef properly and cut into small sized pieces.
Cook the beef with 1 tbs of salt and 1 tbs of turmeric powder.No need to add water into it.
Beef will cook water from the flesh. Either cook the beef in pressure cooker or in a heavy bottom vessel. In pressure cooker 4 or 5 whistles required. In vessel cook the beef until it cooked.
In a pan pour 2 tbs of oil add 1 tbs of ginger paste, 1 tbs of garlic paste, and green chilies into it.
Saute it and add chopped onion into it.
Add 1/2 tbs of salt now and stir it well.
Once onions turn it color to light golden brown add chopped tomatoes into it. Mix it well and cook the tomatoes for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add cooked beef pieces into it.
Add 1/2 tbs of red chili powder, 1/2 tbs of turmeric powder, 1/2 tbs of pepper powder, 1/2 tbs of Coriander powder and 1 tbs of garam masala power. Stir it well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes( until cook the mixture together).
Off the flame and finally add coriander and mint leaves.
Serve it into a plate.
