Bread Samosa

Ingredients:

Bread: 10 pieces

Egg:3 nos

Sugar:4 tbs

Maida : 4 t0 5 tbs

Chicken/ Beef : 250 gm

Onion: 3 nos

Green chilies: 3

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbs

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbs

Garam Masala: 1/2 tbs

Salt : 1 tbs

Oil: 2 tbs

cardamon : 2 pinch

Preparation:

Filling:

Chop the onion, and green chilies into small pieces.

Cook the Chicken or beef with 1/2 tbs of salt. Then separate the flush and make small pieces.

In a pan add 2 tbs of oil. once get hot add 1 tbs of  ginger garlic paste. Stir it well. After 2 minutes add chopped green chilies and onion. Stir the onion until it get translucent. Then add chicken or beef pieces into it. Mix it well.

Add 1/2 tbs salt, 1/2 tbs garam masala powder, 1/2 tbs Turmeric powder and mix it well, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Off the flame and keep it aside.

In a bowl pour the eggs, 3 to 4 tbs of sugar and 2 pinch of cardamom powder. mix it well and keep it aside.

Samosa Making:

First steam the bread for 2 to 3 minutes. (Steaming: In a cooker or any vessel take water boil it, place a steel plate above the water. Place the bread on it).

In a bowl mix maida and water, make a thick paste.

In each bread , place 2 tbs of chicken mixture in center. Then apply the maida mixture on 4 sides. Fold the bread cone to cone. Stuff all the bread pieces like this.

In a pan add two tbs of oil.

Dip the each bread piece in egg mixture and shallow fry both sides in oil.

Serve the bread samosa hot.
