Cauliflower fry
Here it is a recipe for cauliflower deep fry.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower: 1 medium sized
- Ginger paste: 1/2 tbs
- Garlic paste : 1/2 tbs
- Cornflour : 4 to 5 tbs ( based on the size of cauliflower)
- Maida : 4 to 5 tbs
- Pepper powder : 1/2 tbs
- Red chili powder: 1/2 tbs
- Salt : 1 tbs
- Oil : for deep fry
Preparation:
Break the Cauliflower into pieces and clean in salt water( dip in salt water for 1 to hours).
In a bowl add 5 tbs of cornflour, 5 tbs of maida, 1/2 tbs of ginger paste, 1/2 tbs of garlic paste 1 tbs of salt, 1/2 tbs of pepper powder and 1/2 tbs of red chili powder.
Mix it using required water and make a thick paste.
Marinate the cauliflower in the batter and keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
Then , deep fry the cauliflower pieces in oil. Keep it aside for draining off the oil from it.
