Coconut chutney
Ingredients:
- Coconut: 1/2 coconut
- Green chili: 2 no.s
- Curry leaves: 1 stem
- Salt:As required
- Water: as required
- Mustard seeds:1/4 tbs
- Curry leaves: 1 stem
- Oil: for splutter the mustard
Preparation:
Grate the coconut. In a mixer add coconut, sliced green chili, 1/4 to 1/2 spoon salt and required water. Grind well using the mixer. Add curry leaves and grind again.
In a pan add heat the oil and splutter the mustard, add curry leaves. Add this into chutney.
Tasty coconut chutney is ready to serve.
