Custard pudding with fruits
Ingredients:
- Milk : 2 cup
- Custard powder: 2 tbs
- Sugar : 3 tbs
- Fruits : Apple, Banana, pomegranate, etc
- Juice kas kas(Poppy seed): 1 tbs
Preparation:
Soak the kas kas in water. Then it become twice it size. keep it aside.
You can use whatever the fruits that you want use. Cut all fruits into small pieces. For 2 cup milk, 1 cup fruits enough.
Keep aside 1/4 cup milk .In a milk cooker boil the remaining milk.
In a cup mix 2 tbs of custard powder with 1/4 cup of milk, mix it well .
Then add the mixed custard powder into the boiling milk. Add 2 to 3 tbs of sugar. Stir continuously until the mixture become thick. No need to make more thickens.
Off the flame and allow to cool. Then pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it( not in freezer). After 30 to 40 minutes add chopped fruits, soaked kas kas and mix it well. Again place the pudding in fridge.
Simple and healthy pudding ready to serve. Serve chilled
