Omelette
Ingredients:
- Egg : 2
- Onions: 1
- Green chilies: 2 nos
- Pepper powder
- Salt: as required
- Oil: as required
Preparation:
- Chop Onion, and green chilies into small pieces.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl
- Add 1/2 tbs salt, onion, and green chilies into egg
- Mix it well
- Heat a pan
- Spread little bit oil on it.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan
- Spread it on the pan
- Sprinkle pepper powder on it
- Once cooked one side, then cook other side
- Also you can avoid cooking the other side
- Off the flame
- Serve the Omelette into a plate
