Ingredients :

  • Corn Kernels : a small cup
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Oil

 

Preparation:

Heat a hard bottom vessel or pressure cooker, Add 2 tbs of oil. Once get hot add corns into cooker and stir it.

Add required salt, a pinch of chili powder and turmeric powder.

Mix altogether well.

Close the cooker with lid without whistle.

So that corn will start popping.

Just shake the cooker (one or two times) or vessel once it start popping.

After 1 to 2 minutes, all corns will cook completely , then off the flame and serve the popcorn into a bowl.

Perfect home made, pressure  cooker popcorn ready to serve.
