Quail Fry

Quail fry or kada fry

 Ingredients:
Quail  Meat: 1 full quail meat
Ginger paste: 1/2 tbs
Garlic paste : 1/2 tbs
Red chili powder : 1 tbs
Kashmiri red chili powder : 1 tbs
Pepper powder : 1/2 tbs
turmeric powder : 1 tbs
chicken masala powder : 1 tbs
lemon juice : 1 tbs
Salt: as required
Oil : for deep fry
Preparation:

Clean the kada properly and cut into 3 pieces or use as it is. Separate the legs and body part.

In a bowl add kada  pieces, ginger , garlic paste, required (1/2 to 3/4 tbs ) salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder , kashmiri red chili powder,  chicken masala and 1 tbs of lemon juice into it. Marinate the quail with ingredients and keep aside for at least 20 minutes.

Then deep fry the quail pieces in oil. Fry until quail become crispy, to make more delicious.
